• Worst Case Scenarios? Go ahead and give them the light of day. It's important to consider the costs when embarking on something new. Write them down. As you move through this course, consider your school, students, parents, the city/ state, your principal, your own time limitations, doubts, hang ups and insecurities. What will keep you from learning and applying the exercises in this training? Again, write them down. It is by acknowledging and confronting these things that you prepare to overcome them.

• Designate a set time to read and reflect. You are busy so make the most of this training by scheduling it into your week.
